About a quarter of the respondents said that, they used between 500 euro and 1000 euro to buy the clothing every year; in addition, 18% of the people indicates they spend more than 1000 euro to buy the clothing every year, they are more care about the cloth brand and the quality of cloth.
At present, Austria people usually spend 834 euro on clothing and jewelry every year on average, the interesting thing is that Austria men are more care about their dress style than women, and men usually spend an average of 862 euro for clothing product every year, but womenrsquo;s related expenses are 808 euro every year.
The survey also found that, although Austrian people have not reduced the investment of their clothing yet, they have already started to pay more attention to practical use of clothing. 57% of the respondents indicated that, before they buy clothes, they take more time to consider whether the cloth useful; 51% of people admitted that, they are more likely to buy clothes on sale season, then they can get the cloth in a much more lower price than normal season; 48% people said that they started to buy some cheap clothing more often than before; another 26% of people admitted that, their desire of the brand clothing have reduced a lot than before the economic crisis.
